Delicious! Eggnog Cake Cookie Recipe

I am so blessed to have so many friends scattered all around the country thanks to working online for over 10 years.  Some of these friends are definitely among the people I feel the closest to on this planet, and yet I have never met them face-to-face.  This is a phenomenon that will seem odd to anyone who doesn’t spend as much time communicating with other women online as I have over the years!

This recipe I’m sharing with you today comes from one of those friends.  Jessica and I first met when I recruited her to be a volunteer on a parenting community I managed for Nickelodeon a few years ago.  We have so much in common and among those things is a LOVE of cooking and creating recipes! I have not tried this recipe yet, but it is definitely going to happen soon!  Jessica assures me that this cookie warmed in the microwave for 10 seconds makes it the perfect breakfast cookie treat!

Eggnog and cookies, all in one. What a delightful combination! I am going to have to try this out when I am home for Christmas!
